Please keep this young man in your prayers...

One of our young skaters at IceWorks was yesterday in a very serious car accident. He is a wonderful young man, talented and very intelligent.
He is in a drug induced coma in the ICU.
Please keep him in your prayers for a speedy recovery...

  1. Hope he'll recover soon. Unfortunately, these days lots of young people are envolved in car accidents in my region, especially on weekends. At the moment, we're having a big dispute on how to save car industry over here. Nobody, apart from a few different minded people, are reflecting on alternative issues. I've always been thinking of getting rid of my car, but it's impossible under the current circumstances. We still have to live with that.

  2. Cast a cold eye on life, on death. Horseman, pass by! It's not always that easy to follow W.B. Yeats's epitaph. Though sorrow and death are essential issues of life, obviously we can hardly cope with them. The only attitude that helps seems to be optimistic. Somehow my catholic socialisation (I'm no longer a member of the institutional church.) has saved me from falling into despair. I strongly believe that there is a master plan. I hope some day I'll have a chance to talk to the head designer.
